Treatment Policy
Teeth whitening is designed to lighten the colour of your teeth. Significant whitening can be achieved in the vast majority of cases. Everyone's teeth respond differently and have their own natural "stop" point for whitening results. When done properly, the whitening will not harm your teeth or gums. However, just like any other treatment, it has some inherent risks and limitations that should be considered when deciding to have the treatment done. It is recommended to consult your dentist before using any teeth whitening systems. Temporary tooth sensitivity may occur with this product but should dissipate within 48 hours. This product is not for people who are pregnant or nursing, or under the age of 18. If you have tooth decay, exposed roots, gum disease, braces, or recent oral surgery this treatment may cause sensitivity and should be discussed with a dentist prior to having this treatment. Teeth whitening is intended for natural teeth only. This product will not 'whiten' caps, crowns, veneers, fillings, dentures or other type of dental work but only will remove surface stains.
Please carefully review the information below and our online FAQs to ensure a smooth appointment process and prevent any inconvenience. Payments: A non-refundable deposit of £40 will be taken. Remainder balance must be paid before the start of your appointment in the requested form. This will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, no further changes can be made. In the event that your session needs to be shortened for any client reason, the full price will still be charged, as we strictly adhere to a no-refund policy. Please note – when booking a dual package (booking with a friend), in the event that your friend cannot attend, the full price will still be charged. i.e price of two people.
- No plus ones at your appointment is allowed. Only individuals with a confirmed booking should attend the appointment, others will be politely turned away.
- Appointments can be rearranged up to 48 hours before your appointment. Anything after that will require a brand new deposit.
- A £10 late fee will be applied after ten minutes of lateness.
- Any lateness after 15 minutes will automatically cancel your appointment as this will affect my bookings for the rest of the day.
- Individual results will vary based on genetics, lifestyle and colour of your teeth
- Please do follow the aftercare as teeth do continue to whiten 48 hours after your appointment. Following the aftercare correctly maximises results and refrains teeth from staining quicker.
- Calcium deposits or tartar buildup on your teeth cannot be removed by me. It is a procedure that will need to be removed by your dentist. We provided teeth whitening services not dental procedures.
- You must be 18+, not pregnant or breastfeeding when attending the appointment.
- Pictures/ videos will be taken and posted on all social media unless agreed otherwise. You do have decline BEFORE your appointment.
By booking with us you release "The White House Birmingham/ @thewhitehouse.bham" and any associated staff from any and all liability associated with the treatment(s). Please ensure to read the information provided and understand the whitening procedure and risks. Please ensure to ask any questions if you have any.
Training Policy
By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Introduction
- 1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of the One-to-One Training Course (“Programme”) by The White House Birmingham (trading name) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- 1.2 By making payment of the invoice issued by The White House Birmingham, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- 1.3 If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not make payment or participate in the Programme.
2. Business Customers Only / Exclusion of Consumer Rights
- 2.1 The Programme is strictly supplied to business customers only and not to consumers.
- 2.2 You warrant that you are acting in the course of your trade, business, or profession.
- 2.3 These Terms do not confer any rights under UK consumer protection law, including but not limited to:
• Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015)
• Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013)
• Any statutory cooling-off period or refund rights
3. Acceptance of Terms
- 3.1 Acceptance of these Terms occurs when payment of the invoice is made in full or in part.
- 3.2 By paying the invoice, you confirm that:
(a) you have full authority to bind your business;
(b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
(c) all information provided to us is accurate.
4. Programme Delivery
- 4.1 The Programme is delivered in person only at a location agreed between the Client and The White House Birmingham.
4.2 We reserve the right to modify the Programme format, schedule, or content for operational or business reasons, provided that such modifications do not materially reduce the core content of the Programme.
5. Fees, Payment, Payment Plans & Late Fees
- 5.1 Fees for the Programme are as stated on the invoice and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
- 5.2 Payment must be made according to the terms on the invoice.
- 5.3 Where a payment plan is agreed:
(a) Payments must be made by the agreed dates.
(b) Late payments will incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until payment is made.
(c) Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Programme until the account is brought up to date. - 5.4 All fees are non-refundable except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
6. No Refund Policy
- 6.1 All payments are non-refundable.
- 6.2 Clients acknowledge that no statutory cooling-off period applies, and no refund will be issued for any reason, including cancellation by the Client, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with the Programme.
7. Client Responsibilities & Health & Safety
- 7.1 Clients must:
(a) Attend sessions on time and prepared;
(b) we reserve the right to cancel any training sessions for which you more than 15 minutes late;
(c) Follow all reasonable instructions of trainers;
(d) Comply with any venue rules, health & safety guidelines, and local regulations. - 7.2 The Whitehouse Birmingham is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by the Client’s failure to comply with health & safety requirements.
- 7.3 Clients must disclose any medical conditions or limitations that may affect participation.
8. Confidentiality
- 8.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential, including Programme materials and business practices.
- 8.2 Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property & Anti-Sharing
- 9.1 All Programme materials, documentation, and content remain the intellectual property of The White House Birmingham.
- 9.2 Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for internal business purposes.
- 9.3 Clients must not:
(a) Copy, reproduce, or distribute Programme materials;
(b) Resell, share, or make materials available to third parties;
(c) Use materials for commercial gain outside the scope of their own business.
10. No Guarantee of Results
- 10.1 Participation in the Programme does not guarantee any financial, business, or personal results.
- 10.2 The Client accepts full responsibility for decisions made and actions taken based on Programme content.
11. Limitation of Liability
- 11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
- 11.2 Subject to 11.1, our total liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding any claim.
- 11.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities.
- 11.4 The Whitening accelerator purchased with your training course will be ready for you to take away on your training day, once you leave our training premises with the machine, it is non-refundable by any means including, but not limited to, any faults with the machine, any user error fault or damage any caused.
- 11.5 The training will be inclusive of how to use your machine and it is your responsibility to ensure the machine is operating as intended and free from any faults before leaving the premises.
12. Force Majeure
- 12.1 Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, illness, or venue closure.
13. Right to Reschedule
- 13.1 The White House Birmingham reserves the right to reschedule Programme sessions due to trainer or venue unavailability, subject to reasonable notice.
- 13.2 Clients may request rescheduling, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests. If we cannot accommodate, please note deposits will not be returned.
14. Data Protection & GDPR
- 14.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- 14.2 Personal data collected for Programme delivery will be used solely for administration, communication, and provision of training.
- 14.3 We will not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Programme or as required by law.
- 14.4 Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting info@thewhitehousebirmingham.com
15. Termination
- 15.1 We may terminate access to the Programme immediately if the Client:
(a) Breaches these Terms;
(b) Fails to pay fees;
(c) Engages in unlawful or disruptive behaviour. - 15.2 Termination does not relieve the Client of liability for fees already due.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- 16.1 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
- 16.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
17. Entire Agreement
- 17.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Programme and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings.
- 17.2 No amendment or variation of these Terms is valid unless agreed in writing by The White House Birmingham”
At TWH, all of our products are kept in a sterile environment at the ideal temperature for the specific product. Please ensure all of your products are ordered correctly, we are only able to make changes to the parcels before they are shipped out, we are not able to accept any product back after it has left our facility for sanitation. All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving TWH warehouse. Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and goods must be examined upon receipt and noted on the bill of landing.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons for whitening gels, gingival barriers, cheeks retractors, #1 Whitening Accelerator, or any other products that are hygiene sensitive.
This does not affect statutory rights.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
UK SHIPPING
All Product orders take 3-5 working days to be processed. Once this timeframe has passed all orders will be posted out for 48 hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail except for our #1 Whitening Accelerator, this product can only be purchased on collection only unless agreed otherwise. Once the machine has left our premises, it is non-refundable by any means. We will ensure to show you how to use the machine upon collection. We may on some occasions deliver the machine upon request. However, this will be hand delivered by us to an address of your choice, i.e home address or business address. We will turn the machine on and show you how to use this before leaving. Once we have left, the machine will be non-refundable by any means.
Refund/ Return Policy
All sales are final, for all purchases of THE WHITE HOUSE BIRMINGHAM training courses & products. No form of refund will be issued under any circumstance.
THE WHITE HOUSE BIRMIMNGHAM is not held liable for purchases made without any prior knowledge resulting in any attempt of return/exchange.
We have have a strict NO REFUND/NO RETURN in regards to product policy due to hygiene reasons, no purchases can be returned or exchanged.
Clients acknowledge that no statutory cooling-off period applies, and no refund will be issued for any reason, including cancellation by the Client, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with our products or training course.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
